The Legacy of Kerwin’s Real Estate Agency
We are the oldest family-owned and operated Real Estate company in Rock County, spanning across three generations and serving Beloit, WI and the surrounding areas since 1950.
Neil Kerwin
A lifelong native of Beloit, Neil attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, where he began his career in real estate as a staff appraiser for a Madison-based firm. While managing appraisal orders from his dorm room, he decided to obtain his salesperson’s license that same year. Neil joined the agency as an Associate in 1998 and became the Broker in 2017. In 2015, he was honored as the Rock-Green Realtor of the Year and has served on the Board of Directors for the Rock-Green Realtors Association for many years.
As the 3rd generation Broker of the oldest family-owned and operated real estate company in Rock County, Neil builds upon the strong foundation established by his family. His passion for real estate and commitment to the community drive him to leverage his knowledge and experience, ensuring that the family tradition at Kerwin’s Real Estate Agency Inc. continues to thrive.
Kevin Kerwin
Kevin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the late 1960s. In 1972, he became the second generation of Realtors at Kerwin’s Real Estate Agency and took on the role of Broker in 1982. His strong work ethic, influenced by his father Aaron, was a cornerstone of his career.
Kevin consistently stayed up-to-date with the evolving real estate industry, embracing state-of-the-art technology to help grow the business into the new millennium. He has also dedicated many years of service on both the Local and State Realtor Board of Directors.
Aaron Kerwin
Aaron attended Marquette University during the Great Depression on a football scholarship. After graduating, he returned to Beloit and worked as a salesman for Wisconsin Power & Light and Warner Electric. He later transitioned to selling life insurance for Franklin Life.
During his time in insurance, Aaron developed a keen interest in real estate and established Kerwin’s Agency in 1950. He dedicated many years to the business alongside his beloved wife, Harriet Kerwin, who served as the first Executive Secretary of the Beloit Board of Realtors, Inc. Harriet managed the MLS from the very same office that Kerwin’s Real Estate Agency, Inc. continues to occupy today in Beloit’s Historic Westside District.

As Broker/Owner, Neil is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for everyone he has the privilege to represent. He leverages technology, extensive knowledge, and a deep pride in family tradition to serve his clients effectively.
Charlene Jackson
Charlene Jackson is a proud long-time resident of Beloit, Wisconsin, with over 40 years of experience in the community. We're thrilled to welcome her back to Kerwin’s Agency as a dedicated realtor. With a wealth of experience serving clients Charlene has made her mark as one of the first African American female realtors in Beloit.
